We offer 3 types of building survey to provide home buyers with clear information on the current condition of their prospective new home. This aims to give you peace of mind and to highlight defects prior to purchase.
Our Building Survey is the most comprehensive inspection and report available for a property pre-purchase. This survey is suitable for older or historic properties (pre-1930s), properties of unusual construction, those that have been converted, extensively extended, or altered. It is also suitable for commercial properties.
Home Report is our own more comprehensive version of the RICS Home buyers survey. Our home report is suitable for modern buildings (post 1930s). This version offers a streamlined format suitable for modern properties, but always provides you with a thorough, detailed report.

We also provide a customised survey report for flats, apartments, and maisonettes. The Home (Flat) Report provides you with specific information relating to the purchase of a flat (for example relating to the Lease, details regarding maintenance, and the identification of maintenance liabilities).
All our surveys provide you with an explanation of the construction of the building, and the report to identify potential problems that the building may have, along with providing you options and ideas for repair. We are also happy to give advice on potential alterations or extensions that you may be thinking of carrying out in the future.
