THE FIRM

Local chartered surveyors and property experts

Established in the 1980s by Roger Fairclough as general practice surveyors, Fairclough & Dyer are a trusted local firm of independent chartered surveyors in the Redhill / Reigate area. Our firm recently changed our name from Fairclough and Company Ltd to Fairclough & Dyer Ltd to better reflect Paul’s position as our principal.

The company specialises in many areas of building surveying under the guidance of Paul Dyer. We offer a number of varied services as expert building surveyors, ranging from home surveys to contract administrators for both large and small projects. We are familiar with local building materials, and regularly carry out surveys of traditional and historic buildings in the surrounding counties.

Our surveyors have lived in the area almost all their lives, providing them with a vast amount of detailed local knowledge and expertise. The firm has practiced for many years in the surrounding areas of Surrey, Sussex, South London, and West Kent, and regularly works further afield.

Our firm is proud to have been members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors since Roger became a member in 1970.
